This website has come about from a personal need to find better tourist information on the Internet. As keen travellers, we are always looking for new and exciting places to visit, whether it's for a day trip, weekend break or holiday.
We have found that it is difficult to find information on the internet that is tailored to our needs and we are often left with having to spend a lot of time trawling through numerous websites, travel books and leaflets.

We thought that the solution to this problem would be to put each tourist attractions on an interactive map. With Tourist Information Maps you can quickly see where all of the attractions are within your chosen area, making it easier to plan your trip and make best use of your time.
We have categorised each attraction and have included descriptions and links to their official websites. Once you have selected your destinations you can save them on your own custom map and display details of other attractions,hotels and cottages that are nearby.

We want Tourist Information Maps to be user friendly, supplying impartial and independent tourist information for free. By putting the attractions on the map you can easily plan your day out, exploring and discovering places that you may not have known existed.
