->How to use the map

mapThe tourist attractions are displayed on an interactive, dynamic, draggable map.

You can zoom in or out of the map by clicking on the plus or minus buttons and you can move the map around by clicking and dragging the mouse.

Each place has been categorized and are displayed on the map as colour coded map pins.

Click on a map pin to display further information about the place. Clicking on the 'more info' link displays detailed information including a link to their official web site.

To close the information windows click close.

You can switch between viewing attractions or hotels by clicking on the tabs above the map.

TOP TIPS:

Click and drag the map to move around.
Clicking on the map automatically closes the information windows.
Double click on the map to zoom in.

->Text list of tourist attractions and hotels

textlistThe left hand side of the map page provides a text list of all the places that are currently displayed on the map.
The list can be sorted alphabetically, by popularity or by category. For hotels the list can be sorted by hotel star rating, price or name. Click on the links to display more information about that place.

->Why can't I see all the places?

It is not possible to show every place on the map at the same time as there are thousands.
Only the top 50 places are displayed at any one time.
If there are more places at the current location the message Zoom in for more is displayed.

To show more places, zoom into the map. When the map is displaying all of the attractions the message disappear.

->Map Legends - What do they mean?
